Processing Time: Our processing time for orders is 7-10 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will be processed the next business day.

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track your order and monitor its progress until it is delivered.

  6. Shipping Restrictions: Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to legal or logistical reasons. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible and cancel your order.

Returns

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, the product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the product is deemed to be in acceptable condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
